Making a Reservation

Navigate to reservation.parksj.org to enter your intended dates and times of travel, and choose a parking facility that best suits your needs. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your name, address, phone number, email, and license plate number.  

Yes, navigate to reservation.parksj.org and select from the available scheduled games or events to book parking at the Market Street Garage, which will allow access starting 2.5 hours before the event start.

Currently there are no additional fees beyond the parking fee charged for the selected day/time.

You can book a reservation up to 3 months ahead of time. 

Currently there is a limit of one day at all locations except the Convention Center, where there may be dates with the ability to reserve multiple days when tied to a particular convention or special event.

Currently there are no minimum number of hours you may pre-book. 

The City’s parking operator, SP+, will make their best efforts to ensure there are spaces held for valid reservations.  However, in the unlikely event your selected parking facility is full upon arrival, please use the intercom on the entry devices to reach onsite staff to be directed to the nearest available parking location or for a refund.  

Yes, with rates based upon the daily incremental rates available to general parkers at that facility during the selected days/times. 

Although each facility has designated ADA spaces, making a reservation does not guarantee access to a specific parking space.  ADA parking and van accessible spaces can be found throughout each ParkSJ facility and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be charged at the time you complete the online reservation booking. No additional action is necessary – please bring your confirmation email with QR code to gain in/out access from the parking facility.

Managing your Reservation

Prior to 2 hours before the start of your reservation you may cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. Log onto reservation.parksj.org and select ‘Manage My Reservation’. There are no refunds if a booking is cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the start of your reservation.

No, there is currently no system in place to extend a booking once you have already arrived at the parking facility. However, you may amend your reservation 2 hours prior to the start of your reservation.

Customers who park longer than their booked reservation time will be charged the incremental or flat daily rate as posted at the facility.

Using your reservation at ParkSJ facilities

Please place your QR code under the scanner located at the bottom left corner of the entry device.  The entry device will read your QR code and raise the gate arm for access.  Please proceed inside the facility to park your vehicle.  Please do NOT press for a parking ticket.

You can use any available entry lane to enter the parking facility.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes prior to your reservation start time or depart more than 30 minutes after the end time on your reservation, entry and exit will not be permitted.  Once this grace period has expired, you will incur additional fees at the posted daily rates prior to exiting the parking facility.

There are no refunds for unused time on the reservation.

Your QR code may only be used for one entry and one exit from the parking facility and for the vehicle listed on your reservation.  Once you have used your QR code to exit the parking facility, your reservation will be considered complete.
